Returns and Refunds


We want to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. Please read our returns and refunds policy below and contact us with any further concerns.

 

Returns Terms & Conditions

We have a 14 day return policy. After receiving your item/s you have 14 days to request a return.

Returns must be remain in the same condition as when you received it. This means items must remain unopened, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in the original packaging. The receipt must also be kept or a proof of purchase.

To begin the process, contact us at hello@kittycattitude.com.au. We will not accept items that have been sent back prior to having requested a return.

 

Damaged Goods

Upon arrival, please inspect your items and contact us immediately if you identify any issues. This includes if the product is defective, damaged, or the incorrect product has been received. This allows us to evaluate the problem and and come to a solution.

Ownership of packages turned over to the courier transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from the carrier along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the carriers.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us with any specific issues you may have about your product.

Sale items are non-returnable.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we have received and inspected your return we will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. 

For exchanges, we suggest to make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Please note, it can take time for your bank/credit card company to process the refund.

For any change of mind returns, the delivery and return fee is non-refundable.
